What is the return policy?
Return & Replacement Policy — Race Frame Official
We stand behind the quality and accuracy of our custom race frames. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or contains a personalization error caused by us (such as incorrect name, race details, time, date, or a damaged frame), we’ll fix it.
Please contact us at within 7 days of delivery at Support@RaceFrameOfficial.com and include:
- A clear photo showing the issue
- Your order number
Once verified, we’ll create and ship a free replacement. There’s no need to return the original item.
Because every Race Frame Official product is made to order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for errors resulting from information provided incorrectly at checkout, or for reasons other than damage or production mistakes on our end.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to prepare and ship your custom order. Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 weeks, and often sooner, depending on order volume and customization requirements.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress. Shipping times after fulfillment may vary based on carrier and destination.
Because each Race Frame Official piece is made to order, fulfillment timelines may occasionally extend slightly during high-volume periods, but we always aim to get your order out as fast as possible.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Final assembly and delivery comes out of Dallas, Texas.
What if I don't want to include my time?
Simply put 'No Time' in the time field.
Can I order before the race?
Yes - we will do our best to find the time from the race results or put "No Time" to exclude the time from the print.
